How do I contact Lede Press?
Email hi@ledepress.com. That is the only public address. Include the page URL if you are writing about a live article. A new product is sent from the submit page, not as an attachment to a cold email.
What to send
- A question about free or $29, before you submit. Say which plan you are asking about. The feature list is on pricing.
- A correction to a live page. Include the URL and the sentence that should change. On a $29 page, say if the Pinterest pin should change with it.
- A takedown. Include the URL, what is wrong, and how we can reach you.
- Account deletion. Include the email address on the account. Say if a published page should come down as well.
What email is not for
Email does not publish a page by itself. The listing, the single link, and the choice of plan happen after you sign in. The editorial policy explains what we will and will not publish. The privacy policy explains what we store.
